Just what the internet needs—another homebrew vlogger. Anyway, I thought I’d try my hand at it. This is just a first go. It is designed to show all my equipment, brewing a straightforward style. It has been a good experience, because it has shown me how much information needs to be included, and at which points. I haven’t included a recipe this time round, as I can’t imagine anybody wanting to replicate this, especially since I made a lot of it up as I went along. Even so, it might give viewers some hints about making a mild, a fine and underappreciated style.
I’ve plenty more video ideas lined up, more adventurous things like wet hop brewing, decoction mashing, gruits … watch this space. In the meantime, please enjoy “Dark Mild Brewday”!
